Executive Directors Message

Darren Litz, BCPAC Executive Director

Reopening and 2020 Summer Tribute Series moved to 2021

Dear Patrons, Sponsors & Friends of BCPAC,

Josh Groban once said, “Art matters because it is the one true great connector in a world that seems to be very unconnected.”

We have sincerely appreciated your patience and understanding as we navigate the reopening of our BCPAC office. Since being shut down in March, we have been going through a few changes at BCPAC.  Along with a couple new faces in our office, be assured that we have been diligently working with our scheduled artists to get things rescheduled for future performances. We are happy to announce we are officially open by appointment only. We can be reached by email at: arts@bcpac.com or call us at 814-362-2522.

We have moved forward in rescheduling our 2020 Summer Tribute Series to summer 2021 with the same tribute bands that were scheduled for this year. We will be in contact with our ticket holders by phone or email soon asking if you wish to receive a refund, credit towards next year’s subscription season, or if you would like to contribute to BCPAC with a tax deduction charitable donation. As all of our rescheduled artists required a deposit for their performance, this would greatly help us in retaining these contracts without additional expenses at this time.

With the exception of Maureen McGovern, who, unfortunately, had to cancel due to personal circumstances; all of our other scheduled artists from our spring and summer events have graciously rescheduled for 2021.  We are currently working on a couple of other headliners for the new year that we look forward to sharing with you in the next few weeks. (Please see Event Update below.)

Our annual patron and sponsorship drive will be launching soon, as we are able to confirm these added shows.  We value our patrons and hope you will continue to supporter the arts, as we strive in “bringing the world to Bradford”.

Thank you for your continued patronage and support of the performing arts in the Bradford region. It is in times like these, that we are reminded of the powerful influence the arts have on each of us. They are a vital connection to our community and create an experience that allow us to transform our daily routines, our spirit and our state of mind. The arts affect the way we see each other and ourselves, and have the power to change lives.

Moving Forward in the arts…
Stay well and be safe.

Darren Litz
